03-06-2008 Property roundtable: Landlord's Consents - Getting it right first time
John Morrison and Robert Lynch will host a roundtable discussion, suitable for local surveyors, on obtaining a landlord's consent for assignment and sub-lettings. The morning will incorporate real case studies and will examine case law.
08-07-2008 Data Protection and Document Retention - Guidance for in-house lawyers
Manches Practical Legal Update Seminar for in house lawyers. A morning seminar at the Madejski Stadium Reading. The seminar will look at data protection for commercial contract lawyers, document retention, handling data about employees and current developments in Data protection in the ICO.
18-11-2008 5th Annual Life Sciences Seminar - Breaking the Code
The seminar will focus on issues relating to 'inofrmation', including: The Human Tissue Act, Genetic Testing, Data Protection and Data Storage.
