Nicola graduated from Worcester College, Oxford in 1998 with a degree in Classics. She trained at Manches and qualified into the family department in September 2002. She became a partner in January 2008.
Nicola has developed expertise in high net worth and complex financial cases which invariably involve an international element, offshore trust structures and difficult tax issues. She is also experienced in jurisdictional disputes, international pre-nuptial agreements, difficult children cases and financial provision for children of unmarried parents.
Nicola enjoys skiing, travelling and when she has the time, catching up with friends. |
