Manches Thames Valley welcomes IP specialist- 12/09/2011
Manches Thames Valley is delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Sellars as an associate in its top ranked technology and media practice.
Simon joins us from P2i Limited where he worked as sole in-house counsel maintaining and enforcing a large patent portfolio in the chemical nanotechnology sector. He deals with both contentious and non-contentious IP work and has been involved with matters before the High Court and the Copyright Tribunal. He also has experience in managing complex IP portfolio management and transfers, confidentiality agreements, technology licensing, trade mark disputes and copyright infringement.
