Fashion industry lawyer partner promotion- 04/01/2012
Manches Thames Valley is delighted to announce the promotion of fashion industry expert Rachael Parman to partner in its intellectual property team. The Manches IP team was recently hailed as top tier in The Chambers & Partners 2012 directory which describes Rachael as“having a strong record in brand protection matters, particularly for clients from the fashion and retail sectors”. Legal 500 describes her as “the best design rights litigator in the business”.
Rachael’s main focus is on the retail sector where she has acted for many luxury fashion houses, including Jimmy Choo and Chloé, as well as household names IKEA and Oakley. She will now lead the IP litigation team moving forward, continuing to focus on trade mark, design and copyright issues.
