09-07-2009	ManchesPLUS: Commercial Update for In-house Lawyers This event will be an essential update for all in-house lawyers whose role includes the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts. It will bring you up to date with key legislative changes and cases which have happened in the last year or so and provide an insight into possible future changes in the law. Specific sessions will focus on consumer issues, indemnity and exclusion clauses, governing law and jurisdiction issues and general boiler-plate and will be given by a panel of expert speakers with many years of commercial law experience. As always with ManchesPLUS events, the sessions will be specifically deigned and tailored for in-house lawyers.
