Summer scheme
Manches offers three 1 week summer scheme placements during June and July of each year. Where possible, students are placed in a department of their choice and take part in a busy working week, getting involved in real work similar to that of a 1st year trainee or paralegal. Students are assigned a trainee buddy and there are many opportunities to meet other lawyers in the firm.
The summer scheme is open to 2nd year law students, final year law and non-law students and all those who have graduated. Preference is given to candidates who are in place to apply for a training contract in 2014.
The deadline for applications for our 2012 scheme is 15 February 2012.
