The computer and video games industry has tripled in size in only the last ten years – it is a booming industry. Manches has cut its teeth working with both the established players and those establishing themselves as players. We are specialists in assisting companies in making that transition.

We are considered to be industry specialists with a notable history: we continually work within every facet of the industry. This includes working with some of the smaller games developers; notably those producing games for handheld devices, mobile phones, internet games and other specialist developers. These are the roots of the industry and, as they grow, so we are there to support them and offer them legal advice and services.

To this end, we have initiated a games developers forum – "GamesLegal" – which will host events and provide on-the-spot legal advice in an open question and answer session format. The events will be of particular interest to small games developers and we invite external speakers to comment on new trends and commercial guidance on this sector.
