Restructuring and reorganisations
We advise on the reorganisation of corporate entities and groups of companies. We offer advice on the design and efficient implementation of effective structures from both a taxation and corporate perspective. We also advise on capital restructuring, including reductions of capital.
Restructuring is sometimes carried out in relation to financially troubled companies and groups of companies, either as part of a formal insolvency procedure or in order to avoid such a procedure. In such cases, our Corporate Insolvency and Recovery Group has experience of acting for both companies and insolvency practitioners in respect of such transactions.
