We have an experienced, industry-focused corporate finance team, specialising in the middle-markets and working cross-border. The team works with owner managers, AIM listed companies, smaller fully-quoted companies and the divisions of major multi-nationals.

Our market sector expertise includes IT, property, retail, marketing services, media and entertainment, green/clean tech and life sciences sectors. We have close relationships with a wide range of institutional contacts and intermediaries.

In addition to our mid-market practice in the UK, we work extensively on cross-border transactions. We have strong overseas connections, particularly in North America, Europe, the Middle and Far East.
