Major transport PPP
For a number of years we have been providing advice to a major urban rail operator on a range of issues arising in connection with its PPP and PFI contracts. This has included contract interpretation, dispute resolution and managing the interface between new projects and these existing contracts. We have built a team to support this client and made sure that the team takes time to understand the specialist world of our client’s operations.
Hospital projects
Providing advice to a hospital project company on construction issues arising during the construction phase of a project, including advice on claims made by the construction JV and advice on final account issues. Also advising on and drafting construction contracts for hospitals in Ghana and Syria for an international hospital operator.

Advising a number of hotel owners and operators on new hotel developments in the UK.
